Carter Weeks joined Adams White & Oliver as an Associate in 2020. His practice focuses on commercial, residential, and non-residential real estate. In addition to his real estate practice, Carter maintains a general practice focusing on corporate and business law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
Before joining Adams, White & Oliver, LLP, Carter worked for several years in the agriculture industry, working and serving rural landowners and farmers across Alabama. He is also proudly a lifelong resident of central and east Alabama.
Carter's passion for the people of East Alabama combined with his common-sense approach gives him the perspective to understand and relate to the needs of his clients. This in turns allows him the ability to provide excellent legal representation to a broad range of clients in a multitude of situations.
In his free time, Carter enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting and managing Old Town Creek Farm located in Macon County, playing golf, and training waterfowl retrievers.
